New Shop Hours Are 8am to 6pm Daily!

First and foremost, I want to remind everyone that we will be hosting our annual Fall River Clean-Up this Saturday, October 19th! We will meet at the shop at 8am to figure our float/boat or walk in assignments and all volunteers are welcome.

Mid October Fishing Report

It’s starting to feel like fall with lots of color in the trees but also cooler air temperatures. The salmon fishing is past its peak on local rivers that continue to run low and clear and warmer than it should for mid-October. The rain is falling as I type and

Lately on most river systems we’ve been playing the game “how low can we go” most of our river systems haven’t seen rain in over 2 weeks. Any that have, never got any real rain water in the headwater sections. This has left the rivers in very rough shape

Just wanted to give a huge thanks to all of those that fished with us this past summer. Overall it was a great summer as far as fishing goes….though we did suffer through some mechanical problems the first half of the season. We are already looking forward to next year.

Finally starting to look and feel like fall !

Just a quick update on the upcoming fall steelhead season. I expect this years fall run to be back to normal…there were great numbers of steelhead in the lake this summer and this should translate into a much better steelhead fishery

We are hosting our Fall River Clean-Up on October 19.  Please contact the shop if you are planning on attending (231-745-3529).  We will be meeting at the shop at 8am to figure out beats and fill seats in boats.  BBT will cover the cost
